Read the dialogues we did in class today.  On Monday you will do these speaking exercises if you would like to prepare for them:

 

Speaking task

Choose one job and talk about:

  • What the job is
  • Daily tasks
  • Skills needed
  • Working hours/shifts
  • If you would like this job and why

Student A
You are interviewing a receptionist. Ask:

  • What shifts do you work?
  • How do you help difficult guests?

Student B (Receptionist):

  • Answer phone calls and handle bookings
  • Work morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Solve customer problems politely
