Discussion –  Routines

Daily routines

  • What kind of daily routines do you have? How have these changed over the years? Are there any routines that have permanently changed since the pandemic?
  • Do you always eat breakfast at home? Why/why not?
  • Describe your daily commute.
  • What are the first things you do when you arrive at work?
  • What are the last things you do before leaving work?
  • How do you spend your lunchtime when you are working?

 

Weekly routines

  • What kind of health/fitness routines do you follow every week?
  • What is your routine regarding English homework.
  • Choose a day in the week and describe your general routine on that day.
  • What kind of things do you do on a regular basis?
  • How do you plan your week?
  • Do you prefer to plan everything you do at the weekend, or do you prefer to play it by ear?  (spontaneous, take things as they come)
