Write 3 emails – use a consistent professional, formal tone with each one. I will not answer your emails but I will correct/improve them.

  • Send an email to me (Gareth Mills –The Kiwi English Language Agency) enquiring about the possibility of providing an in-house, English course for your staff.
  • Send an email confirming details about the schedule, what the course should include, how many and who will be on it, and set up a meeting to discuss cost and anything else.
  • Send an email of complaint – state what the problem is and what I should do about it.
