That was the first time I came in touch with another language, aside from my mother tongue. Having experienced language training first hand from native speakers motivated me to enrichen my life with several other languages, such as Swedish and Italian. My linguistic identity is characterized by my bilingualism in German and English and by my Austrian, Lebanese and Hungarian roots. My linguistic background sets the basis for my journey to continue. Language means much more than just acquiring knowledge about linguistic patterns and grammatical rules. It gives us insight into various personalities and their life histories. The joy of teaching and learning from others supported my pursuit to become a language trainer, who has the academic skills and the linguistic knowledge to both convey the enrichment and the opportunities of a language.

I am born in the self-proclaimed ’Capital of the Alps’, namely Innsbruck, a city located in the Austrian state of Tyrol (Tirol in German). There is no city quite like Innsbruck, as it is defined by its mountainous walls, its beautiful peaks, the breathtaking views and the astonishing valleys that surround the town. It is the best starting point for amazing hiking adventures.

Yes: I love hiking and spending time outdoors.
