\nToday we revised the present simple through a mingle ‘find someone who’ exercise. Then we continued working in groups to practice the positive and negative adjectives I introduced last week.
\nAfter the break, we did a reading together and went through the piece to find ‘adverbs of frequency’. Once we had sifted out all the adverbs we could find, we placed them on a graph of ‘least frequent’ to ‘most frequent’.
\nWe finished off the class by doing some grammar exercises on the position of adverbs of frequency in different sentences, noting especially the difference when we use ‘to be’ or action verbs.<\/p>\n
