L\u00e5t dem koka i ca 7 min.<\/p>\n<p>Ta en grat\u00e4ngform och l\u00e4gg alltihop (b\u00f6norna och s\u00e5sen) i den. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i ca en och halv timme, 200 <sup>\u03bf<\/sup>\u00a0C.
