(hackade i smala remsor)<\/li>\n<li>Chili peppar (lite i sm\u00e5 bitar, efter smak)<\/li>\n<li>Feta ost ca 300 gr<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4gg 2 st. (vispade)<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6br\u00f6d, 2-3 mask<\/li>\n<li>Olivolja<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Peppar<\/li>\n<li>filodeg<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HUR G\u00d6R MAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>FYLLNING<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm upp olivoljan i en djup stekpanna och l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken(ca 2min).<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i paprikan och r\u00f6r tills den vissnar.<\/li>\n<li>Salta och pepra och ta bort pannan fr\u00e5n spisen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg dessa i en djup sk\u00e5l och blanda med feta osten, \u00e4gg och str\u00f6br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<li>Nu \u00e4r du klar med fyllningen. L\u00e5t den kalna s\u00e5 att den blir mer stabil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>SM\u00c5 PAJER<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00d6ppna filodegen och sk\u00e4r den i remsor (ca 7 cm bred).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>L\u00e4gg remsorna den enan p\u00e5 den andra och t\u00e4ck med en fuktig handuk s\u00e5 att filodegen inte torkar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Ta en remsa och pensla insidan med olivolja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Ta lite ur fyllningen med en matsked och l\u00e4gg den remsan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Vik s\u00e5 att den blir som en triangen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Pensla ytan med olivoljan och l\u00e4gg den lilla triangeln p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. (g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 bakpapper).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>G\u00f6r samma sak hur m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger det beh\u00f6vs tills ingredienserana \u00e4r slut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen, 180 C i ca 20-25 min.
