Vi st\u00e4ller i kylsk\u00e5pet och l\u00e5ter den vila i ca 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0<strong>Nu fixar vi <em>skordalia<\/em> (vitl\u00f6kss\u00e5sen)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skala och koka potatiserna. (OBS! Spara vattnet n\u00e4r du har kokat f\u00e4rdigt)<\/li>\n<li>Pressa vittl\u00f6ksklyftorna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i multimaskinen vitl\u00f6ken, citronsaft p\u00e5 halvacitronen, salt, i kokt potatis, 3 mask vatten (av detta vi har kokat potatisarna i) och 1 msk olivolja. K\u00f6r n\u00e5gra rundor.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg inneh\u00e5llet i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Forts\u00e4tt med en potatis till, 3 msk vatten och en msk olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>Forts\u00e4tt med 2 potatisar till, 3 msk vatten och en msk olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll alltihop i sk\u00e5len.
