Ta bort paprikornas och tomaternas inneh\u00e5ll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HUR G\u00d6R MAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg paprikorna och tomaterna p\u00e5 en grat\u00e4ngform tills du f\u00f6rbereder fyllningen. St\u00e4ll dem i ugnen s\u00e5 att de blir lite &#8221;mjukare&#8221; innan du fyller i dem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. TILL FYLLNINGEN<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koka risen i 10 min. Sila ut vattnet.<\/li>\n<li>I en sk\u00e5l blanda risen och kryddorna. Salta och pepra efter smak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fyll paprikorna och tomaterna med fyllningen.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll vattnet och olivolja i grat\u00e4ngformen.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll i ugnen i ca 1 timme.
